Most books about setting up wireless networks deal strictly with logistics. But the network
operator should spend an equal or greater amount of time concentrating on the business case
and whether a network can in fact be constructed in a given geographical market that sells its
services profitably. Going wireless is not just a matter of figuring out how to do it. It is equally a
matter of determining why or why not to do it.
